WHEN YOU’RE EATING HEALTHY, WHAT IS A TYPICAL…

BREAKFAST: I’m into smoothies lately, inspired by my recent purchase of a Ninja blender. I mix it up but this morning’s smoothie included a banana, date, frozen mango, strawberries and blueberries, kale, supergreens, and almond milk.
LUNCH: A “kitchen sink” salad – a mix of greens, cherry tomatoes, avocado, chopped red onions, pear/apple/fruit substitute, crushed nuts, and whatever else I have in the fridge!
DINNER: Veggie tacos – a quarantine go-to. Chickpea tortillas, cauliflower, avocado, tomatoes, onions + peppers.
SNACK: I’m obsessed with these Eat Pastry vegan chocolate chip cookies—they’re from Erewhon, so they must be healthy, right?!

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE SPOTS/RESTAURANTS TO EAT HEALTHY?

Erewhon – I leave spending $30 for a muffin and smoothie, but it’s my healthy guilty pleasure.Kippy’s (RIP) – The best coconut-based ice cream shop to ever exist.
