Hannah Ware

Hannah is a next level #glowbabe who appreciates the finer things in life. This girl doesn't skimp on quality when it comes to food--a philosophy we truly appreciate. We met up with her at our mutual happy place, The Cheese Store of BH... let's just say the three of us were definitely in our zone.

Hannah Ware is as chill as they come. This naturally gorgeous actress hails from London, and now resides in Venice, California. Hannah's home-base is beachside, but she spends much of the year traveling for work. In fact, Hannah has recently spent months on location for her upcoming film Agent 47, which she stars in. A big part of the role involves intense physical training (her character is a gun-shooting, bad-ass-chick, to say the least). Although Hannah is very petite, she is stronger than you can believe-- we're talking six pack abs of steel, yo!

Stunning looks aside, there is a wonderfully down to earth, and straightforward vibe about Hannah that makes her that much more beautiful. She is hilariously funny, witty, modest, and who doesn't love a good British accent? Her effortless sense of style is really inspiring as well-- the vintage pink overalls / knit ballet slipper combo she showed up in was pretty epic, if you ask us. Hannah is downright lovely and we are thrilled to share how she GLOWS.

HOW THEY GLOW QUESTIONNAIRE

NAME: Hannah Ware

NICKNAME: depends who's calling me - one is " frag' (after fraggle rock)

WHERE ARE YOU FROM? London

WHERE DO YOU LIVE? Currently Venice, California

WHEN YOU'RE EATING HEALTHY, WHAT IS A TYPICAL...

BREAKFAST: I am not a big morning eater so when I'm being good- coconut water,  or green vegetable juice with ginger,  or ginger kombucha, some fruit-- white peaches are great at the moment/ unsalted nuts.  A large black coffee.  I also have a strange obsession with dried papaya sticks.

LUNCH: Sushi, or tuna/steak tartar-I love raw meat (steak and fish) with greens/seaweed OR A great great soup-in this hot weather, I love an avocado gazpacho, in colder weather a spicy seafood tom yum soup along with crudités and a healthy dip or half an avocado drizzled with olive oil.

DINNER: Again, some kind of fish (I can't get enough).  Ideally, scallops or meaty swordfish, which has great omega-3's, along with steamed vegetables and maybe some quinoa.

DESSERT: I always need something sweet to round off a meal.  On a healthy day- a plain goats milk yogurt, with bit of honey/maple syrup and berries, and maybe some chia seeds or coconut flakes...

I also make a 'healthy' nightly cup of hot chocolate, which I can't live without:

      • dark unsweetened cocoa powder
      • 2/3 hot water
      • 1/3 proper full fat goats milk (I love the taste) or coconut milk creamer
      • some kind of sweetener-honey/agave

SNACK: kale chips, a couple of squares of dark, raw chocolate, ginger tea with honey
