For those unfamiliar with this type of yoga, as Guru Jagat says: "Kundalini Yoga is a technology for upgrading your operating system and turning on and tuning in more and more neural, endocrine, and nervous system functioning of the Human system. Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a complete system to amplify the highest states of consciousness while removing lower vibrational energy from the physical and mental bodies of the practitioner. It is an ideal practice in today’s fast paced world as it requires little time to practice and produces profound results. Yoga means union and Kundalini creates the union between the flow of the practitioner’s spirit and the universal life force.
