Morning Fall Smoothie
Here us out, steamed sweet potatoes in fall smoothies are the move. It does take a little bit of prep beforehand, but it's worth it. Steam sweet potatoes, peel them, and mash them, and let them cool down in the fridge, so that when you want to whip up this smoothie you're ready to go.

FALL ORANGE SWEET POTATO SMOOTHIE
- 1/2 cup Trop50
- 1/2 cup steamed sweet potato
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp turmeric
- handful of ice
